NFL Live Scores and Scoring Feed Using ColdFusion

Getting a live scores feed is easy right? Wrong! The NFL and other major sports have a strong hand on preventing others from using "THEIR SCORES". What do I mean by their scores, well if I spend 5 minutes and input the games scores into my database, then they are "MY SCORES". This seems very trivial, but according to Stats.inc, the difference is thousands of dollars. So I set out on a journey to get a free feed to update my database, but this task of finding a free feed proved to be extremely difficult. However! I have found a solution! Here is a DEMO of what I completed built in ColdFusion. You can find the Code for the Demo and Read the rest of my blog on my site:

Dec 3, 2009 at 6:44 AM Ah! found the problem. it seems like you have "demo/ livescores" instead of "demo/livescores" in the link. (Note the white space there)

Jan 7, 2010 at 9:15 AM I have a very inexpensive feed that might do the trick. I'd love to know what Stats Inc said to you. Thanks, Dan
